The Executive Collective is the international gateway for future female leaders in business aviation. We connect ambitious women — from students to senior executives — with the mentorship, education, networking events, and opportunities they need to rise to the top of a global industry.
Born in Monaco in 2021 as the Riviera Ladies Club, we are evolving from a regional association into a modern leadership and talent-development platform with a presence across Europe and the Middle East. We believe that when women lead in business aviation, the entire industry advances.
