Mentors and mentees are matched by career stage and goals, not just seniority. The relationship is built to last past the programme itself.

2. SCHOLARSHIPS & OPPORTUNITIES
Each year, we put up to three opportunities forward for our members — a specific internship, scholarship, or programme, chosen and announced in advance. Members apply to be considered for each one. We offer a mix of opportunities — internships, scholarships, and funded programmes — spanning different areas of the industry, from operations to engineering to leadership.
3. ELITE NETWORKING
Our events are built for connection at the highest level of the industry — invitation-only dinners, private airport tours, and executive breakfast panels, alongside a strong presence at the industry's biggest stages including the WAS, EBACE, MEBAA, and the Dubai Airshow.
Signature gatherings include the Monaco Yacht Show Leadership Event, Executive Retreat in Tuscany and the Dubai Women in Aviation dinner, alongside receptions throughout business aviation & yachting hubs.
